First Day of School

Grace started preschool today!!

Started off with a yummy breakfast...

Proceeded to the obligatory 1st Day Photo Session...

Which continued at school...

And found her way straight to the dress up clothes, within 30 seconds of entering the room.

The photos stop here, because mommy just had to stop and watch...and cry.

Grace showed fantastic independence...if she'd had it her way, I never would have even come in the room with her. She tried to turn around and wave goodbye at the threshold of the door.

Within 5 minutes, she asked when I was leaving.

And when I came to pick her up, 3 hours later, she cried...because she didn't want to leave (or take off the dress up clothes).

I think she's counting the minutes until Monday.
