After getting a sleeping bag a few weeks ago, Grace has been dying to go camping. As a very experienced hiker and backpacker, Daddy was happy to oblige. The unusually warm weather this week provided the perfect opportunity to get in a camp out before winter.

After the campfire was out, we read a story, and then Grace and Daddy (and nearly flashlight/lighted object in our possession) climbed into the tent. I went to sleep inside in my own bed :) I didn't expect Grace to last all night in the tent...but at 6:30am, I had to go wake up both my campers to come eat some pancakes! Grace is already asking when she can camp out again (as in, tonight??).
